Studio 29 began in the heart of America’s most beautiful little city, Providence, Rhode Island. Founded by Olivia Beauregard in 2020, the studio’s keystone project at 29 Okie Street sparked a devoted journey down the road of interior and exterior design. Even as a revitalization, this renovation gave way to the ground-up approach that Studio 29 has continued to embrace with every project. Both commercial, and residential, Okie Street encapsulates concepts of function, quality, and style, without straying from original inspirations and personalized design choices. A union of modern finishes while respecting the original building’s unique history, Okie Street is a perfectly fitting home for the Studio 29 family.

Olivia Beauregard - Owner/Lead Designer

Olivia Beauregard

Olivia Beauregard is the Founder and Lead Designer of Studio 29. Her love for design is as deep as her Rhode Island roots. Upon completion of her education at New York Institute of Art and Design, Olivia opened Studio 29 - where she has made her design dreams a reality.

Michael Russo - Project Manager

Michael Russo - Project Manager

Michael Russo is the Project Manager and Assistant Designer at Studio 29. He works side by side with Olivia in the field, designing and selecting throughout all phases of a project. Michael keenfully manages each project as they progress, from carefully notating every design detail through to it’s execution, to client-vendor coordination.

Destiny Irby-Whitford - Designer

Destiny Irby-Whitford - Designer

Destiny Irby-Whitford is a designer, who specializes in drafting at Studio 29. A recent graduate from Moore College of Art & Design with a BFA in Interior Design, Destiny holds a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of a design is carefully considered. Destiny comes from a fine arts background which further enhances her ability to create visually captivating and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Emma Lawson - Designer

Emma Lawson

Emma is the studio's client & vendor liaison. She specializes in color theory, textiles, and interior selections. Emma grew up with a family of fellow artists; and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with an English Major, and a concentration in Studio Art. In having worked with small businesses, and families for the past 8 years, Emma has a knack for understanding client style, vibe, and aesthetic. She helps to make designing the perfect space simple, and customizable for each of our clients. Emma works to make the selection process pleasant and rewarding for our clients. She focuses on providing interior, and exterior options for our clients to choose from - keeping an eye out for beautiful new trends, and embracing traditional favorites.

Jay Tocco - Creative Director

Jay Tocco - Creative Director

Jay Tocco is our most spirited member of the team. Jay is our Creative Director - orchestrating client/vendor coordination, media, and communications across the board. When he isn’t busy filling his many shoes, he finds a way to keep us all laughing at Studio29.
